A few things to know
before we draw your block.
Decorative print. Not a survey. Not for boundary identification. Lot boundaries shown are approximate.
Approximate. Lot lines come from the State's digital cadastral dataset, and the 1946 photo is aligned automatically, so it can be a few metres out. It's a decorative print, not a survey.
Houses within the Brisbane City Council area only. The neighbouring council areas of Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich and Redland are not covered. Send your address and we'll check imagery coverage before making your preview.
Houses only for now. We aren't making prints for units or townhouses yet.
Framed prints are hand-delivered in Brisbane, usually within 5 business days. For Christmas, order framed prints by 1 December and PDFs by 21 December.
Your free watermarked preview arrives by email usually within 2 business days. We'll confirm the PDF turnaround before you pay.
The 1946 aerial photography comes from Brisbane City Council. Recent imagery and the digital cadastre come from the State of Queensland, under CC BY 4.0. Recent imagery is from 2022 for most of Brisbane; each print labels the imagery year. We select the views and add the lot outline, drawing and layout. Historical image quality and alignment vary. Full source credits and modifications.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement; for a minor failure we will reprint, replace or refund within a reasonable time. Each print or PDF is made to order, so we don't refund if you simply change your mind, but you can cancel free of charge until you approve your artwork for production. Gift recipients have the same rights.
If your print or PDF is faulty, arrives damaged or doesn't match its description (for example the wrong lot is outlined), email hello@lotandplan.com.au. See our terms for details.
