Lot & Plan makes decorative prints of Brisbane houses. These terms cover prints and PDFs, delivery and help if something goes wrong.
A decorative product
Decorative print. Not a survey. Not for boundary identification. Lot boundaries shown are approximate.
Do not use the artwork to locate boundaries, position fences, guide building work or make property decisions. Photography, lot shapes and image alignment have limitations.
We cover houses in the Brisbane City Council area only. Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich and Redland are not covered. Units and townhouses are not available yet. Public-place samples demonstrate the format. Recent imagery is from 2022 for most of Brisbane; the capture year appears on each print.
A free preview, then your choice
Send us your address and we'll email a watermarked preview usually within 2 business days. Check the address, lot and artwork before choosing to order. If the address is outside our coverage, we'll let you know.
PDF to print yourself: A$35. Framed A3 print: A$149, delivered in Brisbane. Prices are in Australian dollars. Secure payment links from Stripe go out with the preview email; requesting a preview does not place a paid order.
Delivery
Framed prints are hand-delivered in Brisbane, usually within 5 business days. For Christmas, order framed prints by 1 December and PDFs by 21 December.
We'll confirm the PDF turnaround before you pay, let you know about delays and agree next steps with you. Delivery estimates do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The framed option includes A3 artwork (297 × 420 mm); the outer frame is larger. The website's hero frame is illustrative. Framing details are supplied with your preview before payment. Screen colours and printed colours can differ.
Prints and PDFs: refunds and replacements
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement; for a minor failure we will reprint, replace or refund within a reasonable time. Each print or PDF is made to order, so we don't refund if you simply change your mind, but you can cancel free of charge until you approve your artwork for production. Gift recipients have the same rights.
If your print or PDF is faulty, arrives damaged or doesn't match its description (for example the wrong lot is outlined), contact hello@lotandplan.com.au.
Nothing in these terms removes your rights to other remedies or compensation under Australian Consumer Law. See the ACCC guidance on refunds and replacements.
Personal-use digital files
The finished PDF is supplied for personal use, including printing it for your own home or as a personal gift. Please do not resell the finished design or distribute the PDF commercially. These terms do not restrict the separate rights granted by CC BY 4.0 for the underlying government data. Keep the data credits with the artwork.
