We use your details to make your preview and fulfil your order. We never print owner names.

What we collect

We collect the property address, your name, email address and any optional gift message. For framed orders, we also collect the delivery name, address and phone number. Please leave private information about other people out of your gift message.

How we use it

We use these details to find the block, make and email your preview, answer questions and arrange your order and delivery. The property address and lot-on-plan description may appear on the artwork. Owner names never do. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Who handles your information

Tim Albash, ABN 50 427 523 590, operates this website. STRATO hosts the website and a private preview-request inbox on our server in Germany. We transfer requests securely to our local order tool in Australia for review. Google provides our Gmail inbox; VentraIP forwards email sent to our contact address; Stripe processes payments; and a local print and framing supplier helps fulfil framed orders. Some providers store information outside Australia.

The preview form saves your details in our private request inbox. It does not send payment details or create a paid order. Payment links come separately by email. Stripe handles your payment details; we never see your card numbers.

How long we keep it

Requests are removed from the server inbox once a complete copy has reached our local order tool. Uncollected requests expire after 90 days. During our weekly review, we remove local request copies that are more than 90 days old. We also remove preview and order data once 90 days have passed after delivery, or after our last correspondence if you do not order. This includes email correspondence, preview files, delivery details and gift messages held by us. We retain anonymous financial records for tax purposes.

These deletion periods cover the copies we control. Providers such as Stripe may keep their own records where required by law.

Browsing this website

We use no tracking, analytics scripts, advertising cookies or third-party fonts. Fonts are hosted with the site. The receiver uses a temporary, hashed connection identifier to limit spam; it is not saved with your request and is automatically cleared after an hour of inactivity. STRATO may keep routine infrastructure logs to operate the service.
